Wash and peel thin slices then sprinkle salt karele and mix leaves to 15 min

Then wash it nicely and squeeze the excess water

Heat the oil and fry the karele nice golden color put it aside

Again same oil fry onion light golden color

Add Ginger and garlic paste mix then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies mix it

Add dry ingredients red chilli powder zeera powder haldi powder

Coriandar powder salt and imli pulp nicely mix and covered

All things are mixed and paste from cover for 5 min

After 5 min add fry karele mix very well

Then garnish with coriander leaves pyaaz karele eat with chapati.
