Ingredients

  1. 200 gpaneer
  2. For marination of paneer
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  5. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  6. To tastesalt and pepper
  7. 2-3 tspcorn flour
  8. 3-4 tspwater
  9. For stir fry
  10. 1capsicum cut in square pieces
  11. 1onion cut in square pieces
  12. 1tomato cut in square pieces
  13. 1green chilli cut in slanting pieces
  14. To tastesalt and pepper
  15. 1 tspbutter
  16. For gravy
  17. 1onion finely chopped
  18. 1tomato finely chopped
  19. 1 tspred chilli powder
  20. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  21. 1 tspCoriander powder
  22. To tastesalt and pepper
  23. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  24. 3-4 tspbutter n oil
  25. As required water
  26. 2-3 tspCoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Cut capsicum, tomato n onion in square pieces. Chop 1 more onion n tomato finely. Cut green chilli in slanting pieces. Cut paneer in small cubes. Sprinkle Red chilli powder, turmeric, Coriander powder, salt n pepper. Add corn flour too n adding some water coat the paneer pieces well.

    Now deep fry them. Stir fry the vegetables cut in square pieces adding some butter, salt n pepper.

    Heat some oil n butter. Add kalonji n garlic. Add finely chopped onion. When they get translucent, add finely chopped tomatoes.

    Mix tomatoes well with onion n garlic. Cook until the tomatoes get soft.

    Add red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder n mix well. Cook until the oil floats on top.

    Add the stir fried veges. Add some water to adjust consistency of the gravy.

    Add the fried paneer pieces. Add Coriander leaves n finish off. Serve hot.
