Soak the dal for 4 hours, drain the water and make a fine paste with green chilli, garlic and. Salt

Add spices,,mix well

Mix all the ingredients stuffing ingredients, Take dal mixture and fill with dry fruits mixture add then seal it carefully

Heat a non non stick pan put turmeric leaves.grease with little oil
- 5
Put the stuffed bafauri sprinkle little water, cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes

Open the lid and flip the bafauri again cover and cook for 10 minutes

Wash and cut the beetroot into star shape. Boil water in a pan with black salt, sugar and cumin powder, after a boil add beetroot cook for 5 minutes

Serve hot with green chutney and Beetroot.
