Cooking Instructions

Make a chenna from 1 ltr milk. Then light fry all the chopped vegetables. Then in a bowl put the mashed potato and add all the fried vegetables.

Next add chana, masalas, salt and red chilli powder in the bowl and mix all properly. A dough will form.

Now from that dough make balls and give a cutlet shape. Then dip the cutlet in gram flour paste then coat with bread crumbs. Then deep fry in oil in medium flame. Serve hot.
