Firstly take a cooker add chana And water add salt and boil it. After 1 whistle low, the flame boil it for 30 minutes.

Now make a paste of 2 onions and tomato and green chilli, now take a wok add oil and heat it add onion, tomato paste in it and fry it. Now add boiled chana in it.

Now cut both kulcha in middle heat tawa roast it on tawa without oil or(with oil) optional now take a dish put kulcha and chana put some chopped onion on it spread lemon juice on it and serve it.
