Sieve besan and make a dough using malai only.And keep it rest for 10 minutes.

Now take a pan add ghee and cook besan dough in it at low flame till fragrance comes and colour changes and it will get scattered.

Now remove this in another bowl.Now make one string consistency sugar syrup adding cardamom powder too.

Now add this roasted besan in this syrup and cook till it gets thicken and start leaving pan.

Now grease the plate and pour this mixture and smooth it properly and add dry fruits on it and let it set for 1 hour.And then cut it in to pieces.
