Stuffed peppers with spinach and soy ground meat

Mince the garlic and onion.

In a skillet on high temp, sauté the garlic and onions. Add the ground meat before they are too brown.

Once the ground meat is ready, add the chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, paprika, pepper, salt. Mix everything in.

Preheat the oven to 375 F.

Add the spinach leaves and mix them in.

Move the contents of the skillet to half side of it and add the tomatoes on the other side.

Mix in the mozzarella cheese with the meat and set apart.

Cut the center of the peppers and clean all the seeds from them.

Spray some oil on the oven pan and place the peppers inside.

Stuff the peppers with the meat mix and sprinkle the parmesan cheese. Be mindful with the parmesan because it can be too salty.

Cook in the oven for 40 to 50 min.
