Homemade Mì Quảng Noodles

Mix the rice flour and tapioca starch with 1 cup (250 ml) boiling water, salt, and vegetable oil. Then add the potato starch and wheat starch, and mix well. Knead the dough by machine 3 times for 15 minutes each, then press the dough into noodle shapes.

Quickly steam the pressed noodles, then put them back into the machine and press 2-3 more times until you get the desired texture.

Boil the noodles in boiling water, then rinse thoroughly with cold water. Your noodles are ready.
