Steps

Oil mein kaleji dal kar 2 minutes fry karen color change honay take.

Ab adrak, lehsan paste add karen or 2-3 minutes cook karen.

Ab spices daal kar 4-5 minutes cook karen, lemon juice daal kar achi trha mix karen. Or Mazedaar Tawa kaleji tyar hai.

Note* Kaleji hamesha fresh use karen, barey piece ko 2-3 dfa pani change kar ke wash karen. Cut karen or fresh Adrak paste laga kar 10 minutes ke liye chor dain phir wash kar lain. Smell khatam ho jaye gi.
