Take a pan.Heat a pan with 1 tbsp ghee,add desicated coconut and cook for 10 mins,than add 3 cups milk and mix it well and bring it to a boil on a medium flame Reduce the heat and cook until the moisture is completely evaporated. Press down the mixture with the spatula to check it there is any exess moisture.

If it still has moisture then cook further to dry it.keep stirring continuously at this stage andcook until the mixture turns dense,thick andsticky. Now take one option of burfi mix and add rose syrup and mix it well.Now transfer the white mixture to the greased pan and press down with a spatula. Than put pink mixture over the white layer and sprinkle nuts and keep aside it room temperature for 2 hours to set

Slice the double layered coconut burfi and cool it and serve it in any occasion.
