Steps

Take a pan and add sugar and water.boil it for 20 minutes on low flame.keep the solution stirring until it's carmalised,once done remove it from immediately.

Transfer into desired bowl and let it set.

Now take pan, add milk,let it to boil,add rava,add sugar,add milk with custard powder.mix it well to avoid getting lumps,cook it till rava gets little thickend.

Remove from flame.

Pour the cooked pudding mix on to the container with caramel.

Add water to a kadai,and place a stand.place the bowl wrapped with aluminium foil or cover with a plate.steam it on 30 minute on low flame.

Let it cool for sometime,and can be set in freezer as well.Turn the bowl to plate upside down.

Garnish with cherry,Rava pudding is ready..
