Khadim paak is lost and authentic recipe of Mangrol, coastal town of Junagadh, Gujarat. Khadim paak is a name given behind the person who made it for first time using fresh coconut.

Grease the heavy bottom pan and pour milk in it. Boil the milk it turns into shaggy dough. Grate coconut in mixture. Keep stirring in between.

When milk convert into a shaggy dough add sugar and stir well. Add grated coconut and keep stirring continuously. When it turns into tough dough add cardamom powder and ghee and mix it well.

Spread the dough in greased flat plate and gently make it even with flat bowl. Cut it in desired size of pieces. Can store it for 3-4 day in a room temperature.
