Ingredients

  • 400 gmBeef
  • 1onion medium size (peeled and cut)
  • 6Garlic
  • 1Ginger small pcs
  • 1.25Salt
  • 1 tspSounf
  • 1 tspwhole coriander
  • 1star anise
  • 1Bey Leaf
  • 4Clove's
  • 6Black pepper
  • 1 pcsCinnamon stick
  • 1 tspBlack cumin seeds
  • 4 Glasswater for Yahkni
  • 2 cupsRice (soaked 20 minutes)
  • 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  • 2Tomato 🍅 peel cut in cube's
  • 1 tspgreen Chili 🌶️ paste
  • 1onion sliced
  • 1/4 cupyoghurt
  • to tasteSalt
  • 0.5 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspcumin powder
  • 6 tbspGhee

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the whole spices, onion, beef in pressure cooker along with 4 glass of water and after 15 minutes turn off the cooker.

  2. 2

    Separate beef and yakhni Put ghee 6 tbspoon in the pot and slightly warm it then put one medium sized onion thinly sliced and saute until translucent

  3. 3

    Then added ginger garlic paste and zeera and saute then added beef and bhunify then added tomatoes and saute also add cumin powder, green chillies paste,red chilli powder then add few yahkni and cook for a minute

  4. 4

    Then added rice and whole yakhni and cooked in high flame until the water disappear at this and put the lid on and cooked on low heat.

  5. 5

    After few minutes I turned off the flame.dish out and garnish with fried onions yummy pulao ready 😋

  6. 6

    The pulao was arromatic and tempting. Hope you like it my recipe....
