Ingredients

1 hour
7-8 servings
  • 1 cupgrinded dry nariyal(coconut)
  • 1 cupchopped lotus seeds
  • 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  • 1/4 cupalmonds chopped
  • 1/4 cupcashew nuts chopped
  • 1/4 cupraisins
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tspmelon seeds
  • 1 tspwatermelon seeds
  • 1 tsppoppy seeds

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Firstly add sugar and water into a pan.

  2. 2

    Sugar melts completely in low flame.

  3. 3

    And make one string sugar syrup.

  4. 4

    Further add also dry fruits, nariyal and cardamom powder and well fastly.

  5. 5

    Now pour burfi mixture into a greased dish. And set for 1 hour.

  6. 6

    Further cut into a burfi shape.

  7. 7

    Now nariyal pak ready to bhog.
