Tamago-yaki omlette 卵焼き

Using a frying pan fo making an omelette, Tamago-yaki.
Typical side dish for a Japanese breakfast. It's also good for a sandwich filling.
This is the basic technique a tamago-yaki. You can mix other ingredients like sesames, spices, herbs and dried seaweed. Any cooked veggies, too. I think that you need a practice for making a good shape. Good luck!

Mix all the ingredient. Spray a little oil in the medium heated frying pan.

Spread the egg in the pan, little at a time.

Roll up the egg towards you, when the egg half cooked (not cook well). Spray a little oil every time the egg in and roll up again.

Repeat the rest of the egg, if you still have. Maybe a couple times, depending on the size of egg.

Make a good shape and colour in brown.

Slice the cooked egg and serve for the side dish.
