  • 500 grminced beef
  • 8 clovesminced garlic
  • 2 tbspShaoxing cooking wine
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspblackpepper
  • sauce
  • 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  • 1/4 cupchicken stock
  • 1 tbsphoney/sugar
  • 2 tbspgarlic chilli sauce
  • 2 tbspcorn starch
  • other
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 2 tbspcooking oil
  • 10 pcsbutton mushroom (optional)
  • 1 pcsBell pepper (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all at meat section

  2. 2

    Prepare sauce

  3. 3

    Put cooking oil then cook the beef until coocked

  4. 4

    Put sauce then mix well

  5. 5

    Add spring onion, mushroom and pepper then mix it well

  6. 6

    Serve with hot rice
