In a pan add milk and cardamom seeds stir it continuously till milk bring it to boil, then add broken Sewiyan.

Sewiyan (homemade and roasted hyn)is liye ma ghee ma fry nahi krty. Aise bohat tasty bnti hyn

Mix very well..

Simmer milk on a low flame. Stir occasionally so that the milk or siwayan does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Let the milk come to a boil.

Then add sugar.

Mix very well so that all the sugar dissolves.

Next add sliced almonds mix well.

Cook the kheer mixture for 3 to 4 minutes more till the sewiyan gets cooked and the milk thickens. when the sewiyan has softened and cooked well, the kheer will also thicken and look creamy.

Switch off flame. Check the taste of sewiyan kheer and if required you can add some more sugar.

Serve the sewiyan Kheer hot,warm or chilled.Garnish with almonds slices. you can garnish with some chopped nuts while serving.

Do note that on cooling the kheer will thicken.Leftover kheer can be refrigerated and served later.
