Collect all the ingredients together

Add cooked daal in wheat flour

Mix flour with spices and daal

Add water if needed to Knead the dough. Rest for 15 minutes after covering the bowl

Now make balls of desired size

Flatten the ball with the help of rolling pin Sprinkle dry flour if needed to help rolling evenly. Roll double than the thickness of roti

Heat skillet and put rolled paratha over it

Cook from both sides

Apply oil over both sides and cook till golden color comes

Serve with chutney or achar or yoghurt and enjoy the best use of leftover daal

You can increase or decrease ingredients according to your choice
