Beat the eggs and sugar with a whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Add the rice flour, potato starch, and baking powder.

Finely chop the almonds in a food processor and add them to the batter.

Add the yogurt and lemon zest, and mix very well.

Pour the batter into a 9-inch (24 cm) cake pan lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 25 minutes.

Once completely cool, dust with powdered sugar and serve.
