#mentorship so today I made very quick chanay ki daal ka halwa in the tea time very delicious and yummylicious must try recipe !
Steps

First of all wash chana daal and boil in milk in slow flame, with few green cardamoms, all the milk should be dry in daal

Now grind it with the help of electic hand grinder in the same pot

Then add half cup of ghee in the grinded daal and bhoonify (cook)until it changes it's colour and became badaami colour nice golden colour

Now in a separate pot add 2 cups of sugar and 1 cup of water and make (ek taar ka sheera)one string sugar syrup thick syrup

Now pour the sugar syrup in daal pot and cook it in high flame until all the water is dry and halwa leaves it's corner (jab halwa kinaray chor dien) it's ready

Now grease the tray or serving dish and take out the halwa and garnish with your favorite nuts and enjoy hot !
