Rajma Kabab
Kabab is packed with proteins and nutrients. Very healthy and tasty.

Steps

Soak rajma in enough water for 8 hours or overnight.

Drain and wash with fresh water. Put it in pressure cooker with sufficient amount of water. Add salt and pinch of baking soda.

Heat on medium flame for 1 whistle. Then reduced the flame to low. Cook for 10 minutes. Switch off the gas.

Drain off the water completely and let it cool down.

Put the rajma into the blender to make a smooth paste. Transfer to the mixing bowl.

Now in same jar add cashews, chilli, cardamom, coriander powder and saffron water. Blend it to smooth paste.

Transfer the masala paste to rajma paste.

Add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, rose water, ghee, roasted besan.

Combine all ingredients together wall.

Grease the hand with oil and make round shape kabab.

Heat the oil in a pan. Roast the kabab on both side until it turns golden and crispy.

Serve the kabab with sauce or green chutney.
