  1. 3riped bananna
  2. 1 cupmaida/All-purpose flour
  3. 1 cupwhole wheat flour
  4. 1 tspSaunf / fennel seeds
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. 1 cupGur powder/ jaggery powder
  7. As neededGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Take wheat and maida in a bowl. Half half quantity.

    Add 3 bananas and mash to form a mix.

  3. 3

    Add 1 cup jaggery powder, fennel seeds and form a paste.

  4. 4

    Add half cup of water & a pinch of salt to enhance flavour

  5. 5

    Cook them on low flame on a tawa using ghee.

  6. 6

    Serve it hot, toping up with some ghee and fennel seeds.
