Take wheat and maida in a bowl. Half half quantity.

Add 3 bananas and mash to form a mix.

Add 1 cup jaggery powder, fennel seeds and form a paste.

Add half cup of water & a pinch of salt to enhance flavour

Cook them on low flame on a tawa using ghee.

Serve it hot, toping up with some ghee and fennel seeds.
