Take pan and boil one cup of milk and let it cool for few minutes.

In warm milk, mix your 1 teaspoon of yeast granules and keep it for 10-15 minutes to activate the yeast.

Take another vessel and put maida, powdered sugar and cardamom (grind sugar and cardamom together), pinch of baking soda mix it together by your hands.

Then add activated yeast into this mixture and mix well like dough.

Add 1 teaspoon oil in dough and mix it well.

Keep for 30 minutes and then Knead it.

Take your idly plate and apply oil in it. Before baking your bun preheat your idly vessel in high flame.

Now divide your dough into five pieces and try to circle it in your hands. Make it little small than the vessel 5 circle size.

Keep it for 5 minutes and now it inside on your preheated idly vessel.

Now reduce your flame to moderate heat and bake your bun for 30 minutes.

Try to check it inbetween whether it is cooked or not by using toothpick.

Keep it aside for 15 min to cool down. Now it is ready serve.
