Sharing my own instant Kadha recipe which not only helps in fighting cough and cold during COVID situation, but also helps in reducing stomach bloating.
Let's talk a bit about Stomach Bloating. It is characterized by stomach inflation which often occurs after eating certain kind of food. This is coming from my own personal experience. Initially I did not understand what was happening. Morning, I was fine. By onion, my entire body would bloat up and by evening, clothes which did fit me yesterday morning, did not fit me the next evening. Then I realized, it's because of some dietary choices not suiting me. Thought of some home remedy and then decided that instead of having my regular Kadha, why not make some tweaks and bring up a new version of Kadha. It works wonders.
This Kadha is a life savior. Boosts immunity and keeps bloating away, What else for we need!!! As a person, who suffers from extreme stomach bloating quite often, this magical drink has become my GO TO remedy. No Honey, No Jaggery, No Refined Sugar. You will feel stronger, relaxed and will have a bloating free body.
When to have?
• Twice a day is sufficient.
• You can have it early morning.
• Since my focus is also on reducing stomach bloating factor, so have it after a meal (lunch/dinner) Give a gap of minimum 1 hour

In a pot, take two cups of water, add kali mirch powder, elaichi powder, ajwain seeds and freshly grated Ginger.

Boil it for 10-15 minutes. You can see a change in color of the water and there will be an ayurvedic aroma coming from the pot which is an indication that your Kadha is ready. Not necessarily the water should have boiled to half of it's quantity.

Strain the mixture using a strainer in a cup. Be careful while pouring as it will be super hot.

Now, add a pinch of Rock Salt and few drops of Lemon Juice in the cup. Do not boil these two elements with the other ingredients.

You can adjust the quantity of any of these ingredients as per your taste and requirement.
