Prepare the hard dough of wheat flour.add salt,baking soda,carrom seeds,red chilli Powder.

Make big baflas from hands

Now boil them in water for 10-15 minutes till it itself comes up.

Now cut one bafla into 4 pieces

It can be consumed as it is or one can deep fry the baflas too

Cook tuar daal in pressure cooker.temper it with cumin seeds, red chilli Powder, asafoetida.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Prepare green chutney of coriander leaves,green chilli cumin seeds salt and ginger

Roast brinjal.peel after roasted.

In a pan heat oil add chopped onions,tomatoes add red chili powder salt to taste.add mashed brinjal.cook for some time.bharta ready.garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Bafla bharta dal is ready to be served
