Mix the butter and sugar until its incorporated. Add flour and make a dough. Make small discs and insert in a tart case. Press it and make dents with fork.

Add the lemon juice and baking soda in the milk and set aside.
Sieve the flour, milk powder, baking powder, corn flour and sugar in a bowl.
Add in the oil and essence to the milk and add in the flour and mix well using cut and fold method. - 3
Add one teaspoon of jam in the tart case and using a scoop, pour batter in the tart half filled.
Bake in the oven at 160C for 20 minutes or until the tooth pick
