Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 craw cashews (usually in baking or organic section)
  2. 1 cshredded unsweetened coconut
  3. Zest from 2 lemons
  4. Juice from 1 lemon
  5. 2-3big squeezes of honey
  6. 2 tbsmelted coconut oil
  7. 1/4 tspground tumeric

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor, scrape down sides. Put in a covered container in fridge for atleast 2 hrs.

    Flour hands & roll into balls. Put shredded coconut on top if desired. Store in fridge (good for up to 1 week)
