Ingredients

  1. For jalebi
  2. 1 cupall-purpose flour maida
  3. 1/2 cupDahi/ curd
  4. 1 tspEno fruit salt
  5. as neededWater
  6. 1 tspbesan/gram flour
  7. 1 tbspghee
  8. For sugar syrup
  9. 1 cupsugar
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. pinchSaffron strands
  12. pinchOrange food color
  13. 1/2 tspCardmom powder
  14. For rabdi
  15. 1 litrefull fat milk
  16. 2 tbspsugar
  17. as neededMix dry fruit
  18. 1/2 tspCardamom powder
  19. pinchSaffron strands

Steps

    Take a bowl add maida,besan,ghee and dahi mix it properly then add water and make a batter of dropping consistency

  2. 2

    Add eno in last and mix it in clock wise direction

  3. 3

    Now take a pan add ghee for frying jalebis

  4. 4

    Take a sauce bottle fill it with jalebi batter and make a round jalebis from inside out

  5. 5

    Fry it till it gets crisp

    To make sugar syrup take a sauce pan add sugar and water boil it until sugar and water mix properly

  7. 7

    Boil it until sugar syrup starts to stick on finger now add saffron strands and cardmom powder

    Deep the hot jalebis in sugar syrup and immediately take out

  9. 9

    To make rabdi take a pan add milk boil it until it gets half of the quantity then add sugar and dry fruit and cardamom powder saffron strands rabdi us ready

    Keep it in a freeze for cooling serve it cool

  12. 12

    Deep the hot juicy jalebis in rabdi milk.
