Ingredients

  1. 1 cupleftover Dal
  2. 1 pinchasafoetida
  3. 1 tbspcumin coriander powder
  4. 1 tspred chilli powder
  5. 2 cupsflour kneaded
  6. To tastesalt and sugar
  7. As neededoil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil add asafoetida and mix cumin coriander powder

  2. 2

    Add red chilli powder,salt and sugar

  3. 3

    Now add the dal and mix until dry, remove and cool it down

  4. 4

    Take the flour divide into small balls

  5. 5

    Pour Dal mixture into the middle

  6. 6

    Roll the balls into paratha and fry

  7. 7

    Serve with chutney or sauce
