First chop all the vegetables finely. Then take all the three flours in a bowl and mix all the vegetables, salt, turmeric, asafoetida and cayenne powder as required.

After mixing, add 3 teaspoons of hot oil and knead the dough. (Add 1 teaspoon of water if required.)

Then make it by hand and fry it on medium heat. Sprinkle the chaat masala or sambhar masala, and serve it with the south indian chutney.
