Baby corn butter masala

Steps

Cut baby corns into small pieces.

Grind onions, tomatoes, ginger, and garlic in mixer.

Soak cashews into water for 20 minutes.

Take a pan add butter into it. Add corns and saute it for 5 to 10 minutes till they becomes golden. Like shallow fry

Take it out and keep it aside. Take a same pan add butter into it heat it and add puree of onions &tomatoes.cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.

At other side grind cashews into mixer and make a paste.

Now add cashew paste and water into pan. saute it. Cook it for 5 to 10 minutes on low medium flame.

After that add turmeric powder, kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, coariander powder, garam masala and salt mix it well. Now add babycorns into it. Cook it for 5 or 10 minutes on medium flame.

Serves hot with chapatis
