Peel off the green part of the watermelon skin,only white part is needed.

Then cut the white part in to small mini cubes.

Now boil the water in a wok and add these cubes in it and boil them for 10 minutes at high medium flame till they become transparent. Now strain the water.

Now take another wok add sugar and double quantity of water is added,now dissolve the sugar properly and add those boiled cubes in it and again cook them for 10 minutes at high medium heat.

Now divide these in to three bowls and add different food colour of your choice in these bowls and mix well.

Now strain the sugar syrup from them(dont throw sugar syrup,it can be used for making squash etc).Then dry them on the net plate for 6 hours or overnite so that stickiness goes off.
