Ingredients

  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. 100 mlwater
  3. 2big size onion
  4. 2bay leaves
  5. 1/2 tspblack cumin
  6. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  7. 2small Cardamon
  8. Salt as per taste
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 tspfennel powder
  13. 4big size tomato
  14. 1 cupcurd
  15. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  16. 1/2 tspcoriander powder

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut paneer in the medium size pieces

  2. 2

    Firstly, in a kadai heat 2 tsp oil and put cumin, bay leaves, saffon, black pepper and pinch hing.

    Cut 1 big size onion in long slice and tomato and add in the above pan.

  4. 4

    Take a bowl and add curd, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt coriander powder. Put this mixture in the above pan and set the flame to medium for 10 minutes

    Cut 1 onion in the different shape and fry it in another bowl for 2 minutes and add with the above bowl.Add fried paneer cubes also in the above pan and cover it on the gas.

    You can also add coriander leaves. Now Paneer do pyaza recipe is ready!
