Ingredients

  • 3 cupsBeans
  • 5Pepper
  • 2medium sliced onions
  • 10tattasai or shambo pepper
  • 1 cupcrayfish
  • 10seasoning cubes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 1/2veg oil
  • 12boiled eggs
  • Groundnut yurghut drink
  • Groundnut paste
  • Yurghut
  • Sugar
  • Flour
  • Vegetable liver sauce
  • Cow liver
  • Carrots
  • Sweet pepper
  • Onion and pepper
  • Red pepper
  • Seasoning cubes and salt to taste
  • Curry and thyme
  • Veg oil

  1. 1

    Firstly you're to wash and peel off ur beans.then add all d tattasai, onions,pepper, crayfish together and take it to commercial grinding. But u can use ur smart blender if you like.

    After dat then add oil seasoning cubes,salt,add some hot water to d mix and stir all together.

  3. 3

    Distribute the barter in the cooking plates then put in halves of the boiled egg at the center of each. Cover tightly, drop d plates in d pot, pour water in d pot make sure it's doesn't top d first plates and cook for 30 to 40 minutes to make sure it's well cooked

  4. 4

    After cooking for 30 minutes check if it's done. Once it is done allow to cool off for 10 minutes then serve.
