  4. pinch turmeric powder
  5. As required Water to make a dough
  6. as requiredpeas
  7. as requiredcarrots
  8. as required onions
  9. as required cabbage
  10. As requiredGaram masala
  11. 1/2 cupPaneer
  12. 2 tbspOil
  13. 1 tbspCumin seeds
  14. 1 smallTomato chopped
  15. 1 tbspTurmeric
  16. as required coriander powder
  17. ForYoghurt mint chutney:
  18. 1 cupCoriander leaves
  19. 1/2 cupmint
  20. 1/2 cupyoghurt
  21. as requiredSalt
  22. 1 tspJeera
  23. 3 inchesGinger
  24. 3 garlic cloves
  25. 3green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl, add flour, salt, oil, turmeric add water make a dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

  2. 2

    Take a pan, add oil, jeera, vegetables, any season vegetables. Cook properly.

    Add salt and cook when vegetables are done, then add tomato.

    Then add fresh peas. Boiled fresh peas. Mix well.

    Now add all the spices turmeric, garam masala, Coriander powder, àdd paneer.

    Make a paratha stuffed masala roll it or serve with yoghurt mint chutney.

    Take jar add coriander, mint, yoghurt, salt, cumin, Ginger, garlic Green chili. Ready to serve.
