Ingredients

20 cookies
  1. 2 cupsAll-purpose flour (Maida)
  2. 1 cupSugar (powdered)
  3. 1 cupGhee
  4. 1/4 TspCardamon powder
  5. 1/4 TspRose essence
  6. 1 TspChironji seeds
  7. 1 TspPistachio unsalted & crushed

Steps

40 mins
  1. 1

    Mix ghee & sugar in a dough maker.

  2. 2

    Add all-purpose flour, rose essence & cardamon powder. Mix it well. Dough is ready.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into equal balls. Make crisscross lines on each cookie and put chironji & pista on top to decorate.

    Pre heat the oven 150 degrees celsius. Now bake them for 30-35 mins.
