Cook the noodles as per the package instructions. Strain and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and add in the onions and the sausage pieces. cook until the sausages are brown and have a nice crust and the onions are golden brown.

Add in the cooked noodles and toss, adding your spices and sauces until evenly mixed.
