Soaked dal for 15 min & boil for 5 min in a pan with salt & haldi check it dal gal gy or not

Cut vegetables into small pieces take oil in a pan jeera sarso red chilli &hing roast well in oil

Add garlic & onion also cook for 2 min capsicum carrot ginger &tomato add in pan

Saute all vegetables add coriander powder garammasala kasuri methi & cover the pan for 2min

Finally add boiled dal cook till masala become mix well it's ready for eat
- 6
One thing we can make paratha & sandwich from this dal do try at once
