Whole wheat kasuri methi naan

For the dough: In a mixing bowl take the flour, kasuri methi, white sesame seeds, kalongi seeds, instant yeast, salt and sugar. Also add curd and oil for moyan to it.

Now using warm water knead the dough for the naan. Keep it aside and covered for some time.

Now make big balls from it and roll oval shaped naans from it.

Brush one of the sides of the naan with water and place the side with water applied on naan touches the properly heated tawa.

After sometime flip the tawa towards the gas so that the naan gets cooked from the upper side.

Using a steel spatula remove the naan from the tawa and check if the side below is also cooked or not! If not let it cook for a while. Now apply butter/ghee to the naan and serve it with your favourite sabji.
