Make these mushroom sandwiches as a brunch or snack. You can toast or grill these mushroom sandwiches. you can even toast the bread first and make open or closed sandwiches with the mushroom filling. Here is my closed version of my mushroom sandwich. It's low calorie sandwich with rich protein content.

Make these mushroom sandwiches as a brunch or snack. You can toast or grill these mushroom sandwiches. you can even toast the bread first and make open or closed sandwiches with the mushroom filling. Steps

Wash and cut the mushrooms and keep it aside.

Heat a pan add 1tsp oil and sauté onions, add these mushroom, chilli flakes, oregano and garlic powder and mix well.

Now apply butter on each bread and spread this mushroom filling and cover with another slice of bread.

Heat tawa, add butter and toast these sandwiches on each side for 2-3 minutes.
