Healthy Overnight Oats (with Fruits, Nuts & Seeds)

Overnight oats have a lot of health benefits, due to their rich fiber and protein content. This whole grain cereal can curb your morning hunger and help you slim down too!
Overnight oats are a no-cook method of making oatmeal where you soak oats and let it rest in the fridge overnight. So it's almost like cooking them and in the morning, you have a pudding-like porridge as they become soft, easy to digest making them delicious!
This easy to make recipe is a simple healthy breakfast that you can make ahead for busy mornings and customize with many add-ins and toppings.
Soaking helps the starches break down and reduces the natural phytic acid, which may help your body utilize the oat's nutrients much more efficiently.
Note: I haven't added any sweetener to it, however, one can add honey or maple syrup to enhance the taste.
