Ingredients

25 minutes
4 people
  • 1 headpurple cabbage (washed and chopped)
  • 1/2Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 1/2Orange Bell Pepper
  • HandfulKale leaves (washed and chopped)
  • 1/4Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoonsAvocado Oil (or Olive oil)
  • Beyond Meat Hot Italian Sausage
  • 1 tablespoonMinced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoonParsley
  • 1 tablespoonbasil
  • to tasteSalt & Pepper
  • Red Pepper flakes (optional)

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat two pans each with one tablespoon of oil.

  2. 2

    Cut up the sausage into round slices. Place in the pan. Cook until lightly brown on all sides.

  3. 3

    Cut up the cabbage and Kale. Slice the peppers and onions, place in the pan and sauté until tender. Season as you are cooking.

  4. 4

    Once the sausage is browned, combine with the cabbage and let simmer for about 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Serve and enjoy!
