Boil the potatoes and once they cool mash and keep aside.

In a pan take oil, heat on medium flame. Add cumin, aesafoitida, curry leaves, green chillies, salt and all dry spice powder. Now mix this well don't let it burn. Once done mix the potatoes into this. The potato filling is ready.

In a bowl take gramflour, salt to taste and add water to this. Mix and make thick batter.

Now take a bread slice spread the potato mixture on it and cover it with other slice. Cut this into 4 pieces.

Dip each piece in the batter and deep fry in hot oil on medim flame. Once it turn lightly golden brown it's ready. Serve hot with ketchup or coriander chutney.
