Cut lauki in small pieces

Steam lauki for 5 to 8 mint.

When its cool then grind it in mixi and make drdra paste

Cut onion Tomatoes for tadka

Put a pan on gas,add ghee on it when the ghee is heat add jeera,one cut green chilli, ginger garlic paste then add onion. When its clr is changed add tomatoes on it.put I teaspoon salt on it and cover pan with lid

When masala releases ghee add mash kiya hua lauki and cook it in 10 to 15 mint

After than it is ready to eat its yummy
