Cheesy and Spicy Stuffed Capsicum stuffed capsicum(bell Pepper)
Cooking Instructions

Cook potatoes and sweet corn in cooker

Remove the seed part of capsicum gently with knife from Capsicum to create empty space.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan,add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste,onion and fry for 2 minutes..then add all the spices,salt.

Saute for a minute and then add mashed potatoes and cooked sweet corn. Mix it for 1 min and then garnish with chopped coriander leaves. After that grate Mozarella Cheese as per your taste.

Then allow the stuffing to cool in a plate and then fill it properly in the capsicum and shallow fry in a pan.Fry it on all sides for 2 minutes by flipping all the capsicums gently.

Finally,serve it hot by grating some more cheese on the top..

Now Spicy,Cheesy Stuffed Capsicum is ready to be served as starters or as a side dish in meals..
