Steps

Wash the daal and cook in the pressure cooker for 2-3 whistles.

Allow it to cool and then make a fine paste in mixer.

Sooran, peanuts and khajoor in required quantity along with water should be pressure cooker till 2-3 whistles.

In a pan take ghee and add sarson and jeera.

Then add remaining fry ingredients and cook on a medium flame.

Now add water, cookam, tomato, lemon juice and ginger and mix well.

Let it boil on a medium flame for 15-20 mins.

Add the above mixture made in step 3 and stir it continuously.

Cook it for another few mins.

Now serve it with coriander leaves on top.
