Ingredients

  1. 330 gflour
  2. 300 gsugar
  3. 300 gvegetable oil
  4. 6eggs
  5. 1 tspvanilla
  6. 1 tspbaking powder
  7. Juice of 1 orange
  8. 1 tsporang zest

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven at 150 degrees Celsius

  2. 2

    Spray your cake mold with some oil and dust it with flour

  3. 3

    Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar, untill double in size

  4. 4

    Add vegetable oil, and orange zest while beating

  5. 5

    Mix flour and baking powder together, then add to egg batter

  6. 6

    Add orange juice beat for 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Pour the batter in cake mold, and bake between 50 to 60 minutes (depending on your oven)

  8. 8

    At minute 50 you can check your cake by entering toothpick in the middle

  9. 9

    Take from oven, let it completely cool down, then serve
