Ab karahi ko flame par rakhen, oil shamil karein aur sath hi safed zeera, chhoti Elaichi aur laung shamil karein.

Sabat masalon ko 1 min saute krne ke baad piyaz shamil karein aur light golden hone tak fry karein.

Ab kaleji aur lehsan adrak ka paste shamil karein aur 5 mins tak medium-high flame par pkaen.

Tamater shamil karein aur soft hone tak pkaen.

Ab namak, lal mirch powder, kutti lal mirch, haldi powder aur dhania powder shamil karein aur ache se bhoon lein.

Iske baad dahi shamil karein aur mix krlen phir 1 minute tak mazeed pkaen.

Ab kasuri methi aur chop ki hui sabz mirchen shamil karein aur mix krlen.

Akhr mein garam masala powder aur sabz dhania shamil karein, mix karein aur flame off krden.
