Steps

In a large paraat add flour.Then add salt.Mix well

Then add 1 tbsp oil.Mix well.

Then gradually add the lukewarm water.Until the dough is firm and soft.

Then add the rest of the oil and knead the dough for 2-3 mins.

Then rest the dough for 30-45 mins until the glutin is relaxed.

Then divide the dough into 10 even balls.

Then flat each ball into the shape of chappati using dry flour and rolling pin.

Then preheat your tawa.And cook the chappati for 1 min on both sides.

Then place the chappati into direct flame.Until the chappati is puffed up beautifully.

Then make the rest of the chappati using the same method.

Then serve your chappaties with any type of gravy or saalan.And enjoy😆😆
