Ingredients

  • Potatoes sliced
  • Cilantro
  • Flour
  • Food colour(yellow)
  • Salt and spices
  • Minced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes for 3min with the water on them until it dries up(don't add water). Add a little salt on them.

  2. 2

    Make a paste not too loose or too thick, add food colour, spices, cilantro and garlic then add in potatoes and coat them well.

  3. 3

    Heat oil and fry them.
